Liza Ostrovska

Bürgeramt knows her as Jelizaveta, friends call her Liza. Before Bard Berlin happened, Liza dwelt in a 1960s red-brick multi-storey on the outskirts of Latvia’s capital, Riga. With two grocery stores and a tram stop as the landmarks for social gatherings, Liza’s home provided little distraction from developing imagination, thus fostering her current interest in playing with words, lines and colours. She enjoys early morning walks and happily wastes her time browsing library bookshelves.
